PushTo customers benefit from our 19 years of experience in email marketing and we provide a service for all PushTo users, whether you’ve opted for additional support or not.
First and foremost, each PushTo customer has a dedicated Account Manager who will assess your business’ needs and provide a personalised solution. They’ll keep in regular contact to ensure that your console is doing everything you need it to do and that you’re getting the most for your investment. You’ll also have access to the Pushto helpdesk for everyday ‘how do I do this?’ queries. This is useful when someone from your team needs help quickly!
When you receive your PushTo console we’ll deliver a training session to show you how to get the most out of the platform. If you need a refresher or to train extra members of staff at a later date, you can organise another session. As each customer’s Pushto is bespoke, you’ll also get a personalised user handbook for advice and answers at your fingertips.
PushTo Messager is a feature on all consoles and allows pop up notifications to alert you of anything you need to know. Our team might notify you of any system updates, you can set yourself reminders or as head office you can communicate with the rest of the group’s users. PushTo is a tried and tested platform, but like any other system, there’s always a risk something could go wrong. In the event of such a disaster, we provide technical support in-house (from the very people who created PushTo!) - a lifesaver for those of us who are less technically minded. Another advantage of having the creators in-house is that we can make the platform do whatever you need it to - literally. As an optional upgrade you can discuss your ideas with our team of technical developers. Pushto is adaptable, flexible and can evolve with you.
